Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of fencequotesnow.com and its pages and forms (the "Site"), operated by UNALOGIX, LLC ("FenceQuotesNow," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or submitting a quote request, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. What FenceQuotesNow does
FenceQuotesNow is a free matching service. When you request a quote, we send your request to one independent local fence installer that serves your area and does your type of fence, so that installer can contact you. We do not install fences or perform any construction work. We are not a contractor, and installers are not our employees or agents. Installers may pay us for referrals.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to use the Site. You may submit a request only for yourself and for a property where you are authorized to arrange fence work.
3. Free and no obligation
Requesting a quote is free. You are never required to hire the installer we match you with, accept a quote, or pay us anything.
4. No guarantee of contact, quote, or price
We do not guarantee that an installer will be available in your area, contact you within any time frame, provide a quote, or offer any particular price, materials, or schedule. Service availability varies by location and project type.
5. Installers are independent
We review installers before they join our network, including the quality of their service and how quickly they respond to homeowners, and we may remove installers who do not meet our standards. This screening is not a guarantee. We do not employ, supervise, or guarantee any installer, or the quality, safety, legality, licensing, insurance, permits, warranties, or results of their work. Before hiring anyone, you are responsible for checking their licenses and insurance where required, getting a written estimate and contract, and confirming permits, property lines, HOA rules, and utility locates.
Any estimate, contract, payment, warranty, or dispute about the work is solely between you and the installer you choose.
6. Your information and accuracy
You agree to provide true, accurate information about yourself and your project, and to submit only your own contact details. Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Communications consent
By submitting a quote request with your phone number and email, you consent to be contacted about your request by FenceQuotesNow and by the one installer matched to your request, by call, text message, and email, which may use automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts, or HELP for help. You can opt out of emails by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; submit false, fraudulent, or automated requests; submit another person's information without their permission; submit requests to collect installer information or leads for a competing service; copy or republish Site content without permission; or interfere with the Site's operation or security.
9. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, logos, graphics, and design, are owned by UNALOGIX, LLC or its licensors and protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial purpose of requesting a fence quote.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE AND OUR MATCHING SERVICE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY ABOUT ANY INSTALLER OR ANY WORK AN INSTALLER PERFORMS.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNALOGIX, LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY, OR LOSS ARISING FROM ANY INSTALLER'S ACTS, OMISSIONS, OR WORK. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Some states do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UNALOGIX, LLC from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or information you submit that is false or that you were not authorized to submit.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Nothing in this section limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Miscellaneous
If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
